All devices purchased directly from iPowerResale.com come with a 14-day return period and a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects and functional issues under normal use conditions. This warranty ensures that your device performs as described and provides peace of mind with every purchase.

What does the limited warranty cover?

• Hardware defects (e.g., non-functioning ports, keyboard, trackpad, or screen issues not caused by misuse)
• Battery failure within warranty window (under normal usage)
• Internal component malfunctions such as logic board or SSD failure

It does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, cosmetic imperfections, or issues arising from unauthorized repairs or software modifications.

Are refurbished and open box items included?

Yes. All open box and refurbished devices sold by iPowerResale are fully tested and certified to be 100% functional, and they are covered by the same 1-year limited warranty. Devices purchased through other platforms, such as Amazon or eBay, have their own warranty terms of 90 days.

Can I get repairs or service from Apple?

In most cases, Apple products purchased through iPowerResale still retain Apple’s original factory warranty for a portion of the first year. You can visit any Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider for eligible repairs. This can often be the fastest resolution for hardware issues.

What is the Extended Protection Plan for $249?

For customers who want added protection, iPowerResale offers a warranty extension for $249.
This plan extends your standard one-year coverage by an additional two years, for a total of three years of protection from the date of purchase.

What does the $249 extended warranty include?
